Summer Sessions 2023 in Paracas

These moments have been designed by Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort as a space for entertainment and gastronomy that take place on key dates of the summer season. Guest chefs, live music along with the bay as a backdrop will make your stay the most memorable.

Experience by the Sea

Although the sun is present all year round in Paracas, the summer season itself runs from January to April. Summer Sessions are gatherings of gastronomy, music, and fun, specially created for guests of Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort. 
In terms of food, the hotel in Paracas is known for the select seafood menu at the Chalana restaurant, a fresh, creative, and inspiring culinary experience: it is a charming venue at the end of the hotel's private dock and is surrounded by the sea, which guarantees the best views. In addition, Chalana practices the innovative concept of zero kilometer to support local fishing, aware of the time of the species while generating a minimum of mobility.
The Summer Sessions dynamic brings together renowned Peruvian chefs who will join the hotel's executive chef, Miguel Cabrera, to offer the best of their cuisine: innovative dishes, creativity, and freshness. From the last weekend of January and during February, March and April, the small and colorful Chalana restaurant will be a must to enjoy a unique proposal.

Special Sessions

Due to the Paracas Summer Sessions 2023, a different chef will be in charge during the weekends and additionally, there will be specific dates to enjoy live music. Also, guests will be able to participate in specially planned master classes.
The guest chefs for February will be Christian Bravo on the 4th y 5th and Hector Solís on th 18th and 19th who will be at the helm of Chalana's kitchen throughout the afternoon, while a Master Class and a Cheese & Wine will take place on the 18th for evening entertainment. 
The bar lounge will enjoy live music. For example, on February the 11th and the 25th , fun and romanticism will add rhythm to the evenings with a tribute to Mexican singer Luis Miguel and a tribute to the Gipsy Kings respectively. 
Later, on the first weekend of March, chef Arlette Eulert will be welcomed, while chef Francesca Ferreyros will be participating on the 18th and 19th. Besides these and other activities, a Pool Party will be held at the hotel's main pool on April the 1st.
